Is this location wheelchair accessible?

 

Yes, our location is wheelchair accessible. However, please note that our services are provided on a shampoo bed, necessitating the client to be transferable from the wheelchair to the shampoo bed.

Can I receive services while pregnant?

​

If you are pregnant, we recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before receiving any services at Organic Beauty.

​

Can you work with my hair?

​

While Organic Beauty salon services are suitable for all hair types, the Head Spa service cannot be provided on clients with hair extensions. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone we feel will not benefit from a treatment, or service.

Can I bring my child?

​

For the safety and comfort of our clients and children, children under the age of 12 are not permitted during services. We appreciate every one of our clients and thank you for your support and understanding!

What is Reiki?

​

Reiki is an ancient technique used for stress reduction and relaxation and has been shown to have several benefits for both physical and mental health. It is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that involves the practitioner gently placing their hands on or near the body in specific energy locations.

​

How will I feel after Reiki?

​

The most common experience is an almost immediate release of stress and a feeling of deep relaxation. Reiki is cumulative; many people have progressively deeper experiences with subsequent treatments.

Are gift card purchases available?

​

Yes they are!

​

Are gratuities included in your fees?

Gratuities, although not required, & not included in service pricing, are always appreciated!

What forms of payment do you accept?

​

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Gift Cards, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. Checks are not accepted. Our current pricing reflects cash pricing. A 3.5% service charge for credit card transactions will automatically be applied upon check out. To avoid this fee, we ask that you pay with cash. 

​

Do I need a consultation?

​

All NEW CLIENTS must have a consultation prior to services. The only exception to this are clients seeking Reiki services.

​

Do I need to pay in advance? What if I change my mind?

 

Yes, there are some services that require payment in full. Deposits are non-refundable but if the appointment is cancelled on time OR if a client comes in but decides not to move forward with their service, we will issue a credit to the account to be used towards any future services. (Credit will not be given for consultation fees). Exchanges or credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the owner.

Appointments for Hair Extensions require a separate pre-scheduled consultation, FULL NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT on pre-ordered hair extensions, and a deposit of $200 for the install service. 

​

Do you accept walk-ins?

​

Appointments are always recommended to ensure the full time needed to perform the service you desire. For your convenience, an appointment can be booked online 48 hours to 2 months in advance. Please call or text for immediate appointment availability. While most appointments are scheduled during normal business hours, on occasion, and for special extenuating circumstances, an appointment MAY be scheduled outside of normal business hours, with an added convenience fee of $25.

Satisfaction guarantee policy -

​

Organic Beauty maintains a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your salon hair care service, within (1) week from the original service date, you have the option to schedule another appointment to correct the matter. If the same service is performed, the service will be complimentary. If you would prefer to make a change to the original requested service, you would only be obligated to pay for the service price difference. If it is beyond one (1) week, no 'redo’s' will be offered. We do not issue refunds for ANY products or services.

During Reiki or Head Spa service -

​

Quiet, Please: During Reiki service, please turn cell phones on quiet.  You will remain fully clothed, however you may remove your shoes. Only the person receiving services will be allowed in the room. What to Wear During Your Head Spa Treatment: A robe will be provided for you to change into for the Head Spa service,  but it is not a requirement. Please make sure that whatever you wear, you are comfortable.

Cancellations / Late arrivals policy -

​

The goal is to effectively manage the time allotted for your service to ensure the most pleasurable experience possible. Arriving on time makes this possible, it also shows courtesy to other scheduled clients. As a courtesy we will email/text/call you to confirm your appointment 2 days in advance.  It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrival, missed appointments and cancellation fees. If you should need to cancel an appointment, please do so no less than 24 hours prior.  Appointments delayed over 15 minutes MAY need to be cancelled.  An appointment that is  cancelled without adequate notice, or that needs to be cancelled because of a late arrivalwill be considered a 'no show'. Any missed appointment, or 'no show' will be subject to the full amount of the deposit paid.

Upcharge for extremely dense or long hair policy -

​

To adequately cover the expenses for product use and time to provide services for hair that is extremely dense, or longer than 14 inches, an extra charge will be added to the cost of the service.
